Represented governmental entity and public officials in federal court claim alleging various violations of civil rights related to land use decisions
Represented governmental entity in state court challenge to validity of certain fees

Snow has extensive experience with litigation.
Before joining the firm, Tyler interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, assisting federal prosecutors at every stage of the criminal process, and with the Hon. Robert C. Jones, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, assisting the court in civil litigation matters.
