  • Represented various entities in dispute with a bank regarding credit line agreement

  • Represented a waterproofing subcontractor in construction defect action

  • Assisted defense of feed manufacturer in document-intensive dispute with dairy operation 

Workers compensation

  • Defended family fruit farm in claim involving medical expenses and total temporary disability benefits

  • Defended mineral exploration company in claim involving future medical care and total temporary disability benefits

  • Defended transportation company in claim involving medical expenses, recommended medical care, temporary total disability, and temporary partial disability

Land use and property

  • Represented governmental entity and public officials in federal court claim alleging various violations of civil rights related to land use decisions

  • Represented governmental entity in state court challenge to validity of certain fees

  • Represented governmental entity in claim involving private party’s closure of a road

  • Represented landowners in property dispute with their neighbors regarding irrigation ditch

Personal injury defense

  • Defended bathtub manufacturer in product liability claim

  • Defended installer of water heater in carbon monoxide poisoning claim

  • Defended general contractor in claim involving injuries resulting from construction accident

Snow has extensive experience with litigation. 

Before joining the firm, Tyler interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, assisting federal prosecutors at every stage of the criminal process, and with the Hon. Robert C. Jones, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, assisting the court in civil litigation matters.
